Acceptable Location, Significant Issues

accessible location loud background music
The location was accessible.
The main problem involved loud background music in the corridor. It started before 7 a.m. and played on a loop. I called 13 times, including three conversations with the 'manager', but nothing changed.

helpful staff front desk excellent facilities musty smell water leak stained sheet
i found the staff to be very helpful . miss aashi at the front desk was particularly helpful in solving my queries promptly. the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations (i used the gym a couple of times).
the corridors had a noticeable musty smell. the rooms was a bit old with some signs of water leaks. i noticed some odd stains on the bedsheet .

cracked wash basin disruptive noise
The condition of the wash basin in my room was substandard. It was noticeably cracked. also, the noise levels were disruptive. there was consistent banging and clattering during what should have been quiet afternoon hours.. i found it difficult to rest. these issues detracted from the overall experience, given what i paid for the stay.
